Service Description
Two-bucket method with fresh mitts and towels. Everything we do in the carwash process is to minimize the risk of damaging the paint surface, we introduced a proven method. This would be the perfect option for your car that is previously detailed and protected, or has an existing ceramic coating. This service is only for maintenance clients and will not provide this service to any cars that are not previously detailed. please keep in mind that we do not accept cars that are beyond average conditions.
Cancellation Policy
At Foamatic Auto Care, we value your time and ours. To ensure efficient scheduling and availability for all customers, the following cancellation policy applies: Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur a 30% service fee, which is non-refundable. No-Show Policy • Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. • No-shows will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total, non-refundable. Late Arrivals • Customers arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to rescheduling based on availability. • Late arrivals may also be treated as a cancellation and subject to the 30% fee. Deposits & Prepayments • Any deposits or prepayments made toward services are subject to this cancellation policy. • The 30% fee will be deducted from any amount paid. Exceptions • Exceptions may be considered for emergencies at management’s discretion. By booking an appointment with Foamatic Auto Care, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
